Similar to the concept and painting style of Inside Angel; this painting tells a story of my childhood. As an artist the idea of being remembered well after my existence here on this planet, is very strong. Then again who doesn’t want to be remembered for living.
My childhood was filled with vibrant and whimsical feelings. I’ve arranged the emotions and memories through dream symbolism in this painting. Growth and playfulness while transforming into a creative young lady. A little loss flows into fear and gives way for a different point of view. The painting has an anxious jumbled feel and the tree grounds it back into a safe calm.
